DEVITT & ASSOCIATES, INC. is a full-service real estate brokerage firm, established and incorporated in 1995 as the successor to Jerry Devitt & Associates, founded in 1972 by Jerry Devitt. Jerry continues with the firm as Chairman of the Board, and Tom Devitt now serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. The firm specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and office properties. Other services provided include real estate counseling and appraisals. All Associates of the firm are licensed sales agents in the State of Ohio and/or the State of Kentucky, and have extensive experience on both sides of the Ohio River in all phases of the real estate industry. Real Estate Consulting Services

Tom Devitt is an active member of the American Society of Real Estate Counselors and can offer skilled, knowledgeable and professional advice on property and land-related matters. The CRE designation is awarded to the Counselor by his peers, and recognizes his or her demonstrated judgment, integrity and experience in real estate matters. Services provided include:

Real Estate Appraisal

Our Associates include a GAA (General Accredited Appraiser) in the State of Ohio, who can provide his services to you in the valuation of all types of real estate.

Real Estate Management

We are experienced in the management of various types of real estate, including office, industrial and retail properties. We can assist you with securing tenants, record keeping, tenant retention, evictions, rent collection, hiring and supervision of staff, repairs and alterations, and all other aspects of property management.
