Tom Devitt – President

Upon completing his degree at the University of Cincinnati, Tom officially joined the staff of Devitt & Associates in 1979 when he received his salesman's license from the State of Ohio. With experience already gained while assisting in the office during his school years, Tom began negotiating sales and leases of all types of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate.

Since that time, Tom has expanded the scope of his business, by securing his Broker's license in both the States of Ohio and Kentucky, and also becoming certified by the State of Ohio as a General Real Estate Appraiser.

In 1994, Tom purchased the company, incorporated the business under the name Devitt & Associates, Inc., and succeeded his father as President of the firm.

With active memberships in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the American Society of Real Estate Counselors, Tom shares the experience of thousands of fellow real estate professionals with his clients.

Tom has recently joined Devitt & Associates full time. He was the companies intern the past two summers. Upon completing his degree in finance at The Ohio State University in June of 2006, he has officially joined the staff. He received his salesman's license in July of 2005, and has been negotiating sales and leases of all types of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate.
